Ultra Living Homes are Gold Coast builders who pride themselves on prioritising their clients. They came to us in 2018 looking to establish themselves as an independent brand having previously been operating within a franchise. This kind of change can pose a huge risk for a business with an already established clientele and they needed an agency who could collaborate closely with them to ensure every last detail was planned out.

Engagement

From brochures and marketing collateral, through to website and logo—Ultra Living Homes engaged us to take care of it all. It was important that the business retain its current clients through the transition so we also worked with them to develop an EDM campaign to their contractors and clients.

Approach

Ultra Living Homes were positioning themselves as high-end builders so we opted for a black and white colour scheme while employing lots of white space to communicate this. While the brand and messaging had to be entirely different to their previous franchise business, it still had to appeal to their current clientele so this played a role in the development of their branding.
